The 2023 and 2024 editions of this extraordinary event dedicated to food and wine excellence have allowed us to bring our Caffè Pe-Fè to the heart of Tuscia, in a setting where tradition meets innovation and taste becomes an experience.

Assaggi 2023: You’ll Never Forget Your First Time

Taking part in Assaggi for the first time was like joining a big family. Viterbo’s historic center has transformed into a showcase of Italian food, with tastings, stories, and meetings with producers, restaurateurs, and enthusiasts.

Our stand was a meeting point for those who wanted to discover our coffee, taste it at their leisure, and learn about its history and nuances. Every espresso served was an opportunity to explain our work, the care we take in selecting the beans, and the artisanal roasting that makes each blend unique.

But the most beautiful thing was the energy of the people: some stopped out of curiosity, some came back for a second taste, some shared their love of coffee with us. Assaggi 2023 left us with the desire to return and do even better.

Assaggi 2024: a confirmation, an evolution

Coming back in 2024 was like reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones. This edition saw an even more attentive, curious and experimental audience. We brought not only our most beloved blends, but also new ones designed to surprise and excite.

The awareness that more and more people are seeking quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability has given us even more motivation to share our commitment. The exchanges with other producers and the opportunities for discussion with visitors made this edition even more intense and meaningful.
