Blend of 100% Arabica coffee from Central America decaffeinated with the “Water Process” method.
“Water Process” decaffeination is a 100% natural process, as the caffeine is extracted without the use of chemical solvents, simply by immersing the green coffee beans in water. To separate the caffeine from the water containing the soluble compounds, the latter is passed through a special carbon filter. This process, in addition to removing 99.9% of the caffeine present, manages to guarantee a quality result in the cup.
This is a variety of organic Arabica grown at 1300 m above sea level and processed using the washed method, which involves preliminary fermentation, making the coffee taste much cleaner (absence of unpleasant and harsh flavors) and richer in flavor.
The medium roast enhances the fruity Arabica aroma in the cup, leaving a lingering aftertaste with sweet
notes of dark chocolate and vanilla on the palate.

The 44 mm Caffè Pe-fè ESE pods in compostable filter paper are 100% compatible with all coffee machines with the Easy Serving Espresso system.
