The ESE Coffee Pe-Fè Blend 73 pod contains an organic blend created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Pe-Fè coffee roasting company, founded in 1973 in Orte.
Blend 73 is a blend of 70% organic Indonesian Robusta, whose predominance over the Arabica gives it more creaminess and body in the cup, while maintaining good aromaticity. In fact, the Robusta used in this blend is exceptionally cultivated and harvested at higher altitudes than average, which makes it "clean" (free of unpleasant acidity) and fragrant.
It is a complex blend that combines the unmistakable aromaticity, delicate flavour and slight acidity of the prestigious Arabica Bio with the strong and intense character of the Indonesian Robusta Bio, both varieties classified primarily as speciality coffees.
The medium roast gives the blend a strong character, with a distinctive roundness highlighted by particularly intense sweet chocolate notes.

The 44 mm ESE Caffè Pe-fè pods, made from compostable filter paper, are 100% compatible with all coffee machines equipped with the Easy Serving Espresso system.
Each pod is individually wrapped to preserve the fragrance and organoleptic properties of the roasted coffee beans and then ground.
