Lavazza a Modo Mio Decaffeinated Bio Water Process 50 pcs

Blend of 100% Arabica coffee from Central America decaffeinated with the “Water Process” method.

“Water Process” decaffeination is a 100% natural process, as the caffeine is extracted without the use of chemical solvents, simply by immersing the green coffee beans in water. To separate the caffeine from the water containing the soluble compounds, the latter is passed through a special carbon filter. This process, in addition to removing 99.9% of the caffeine present, manages to guarantee a quality result in the cup.

This is a variety of organic Arabica grown at 1300 m above sea level and processed using the washed method, which involves preliminary fermentation, making the coffee taste much cleaner (absence of unpleasant and harsh flavors) and richer in flavor.

The medium roast enhances the fruity Arabica aroma in the cup, leaving a lingering aftertaste with sweet
notes of dark chocolate and vanilla on the palate.

Caffeine extracted with a natural decaffeination process

The selection of high-quality Arabica coffees, the appropriate roasting and the water decaffeination give the blend body and creaminess, making it ideal for espresso.

Caffè Pe-fè Decaffeinated Capsules are 100% compatible with all third-party brand Lavazza A Modo Mio®* coffee machines with no connection to Caffè Pe-Fè.

Each capsule is individually wrapped to preserve the fragrance and organoleptic properties of the roasted and ground blend.

The pack of 50 capsules is also a small work of art, designed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Caffè Pe-fè coffee roasting company. This isn’t just any old cardboard box designed for transportation and storage; all the graphics were hand-crafted by a young local artist, who, using her imagination and creativity, made espresso the centerpiece of the packaging using an original coffee painting technique. Every year we offer new representations that celebrate Italianness in all its beauty and artistic expression.
In addition to being an elegant and original packaging design, it was also designed as a convenient dispenser, smaller in size than traditional cartons, to be placed near the coffee machine. It features a small front opening, allowing you to easily remove each individual pod, and a removable cotton handle so you can easily carry it with you.

If you’re looking for a gift idea for a true coffee lover, surprise them with the special pack of 50 Caffè Pe-fè capsules.
