Blend of 100% Arabica coffee from Central America decaffeinated by “Water Process” method.

The” water process” is a method of decaffeinating coffee using water and without the use of chemicals,
simply by immersing green coffee beans in water.
The water is passed through a special carbon filter to separate the caffeine from the soluble compounds.
This process not only removes 99.9% of the caffeine from the coffee, but also guarantees a high quality
result in the cup.

This is a variety of organic Arabica grown at 1300 m above sea level and processed using the washed method, which involves preliminary fermentation, making the coffee taste much cleaner (absence of unpleasant and harsh flavors) and richer in flavor.

The medium roast enhances the fruity Arabica aroma in the cup, leaving a lingering aftertaste with sweet
notes of dark chocolate and vanilla on the palate.
