This special coffee comes from a family of producers in the municipality of Saladoblanco, Huila (Colombia). Mr. Omar Ortiz has been working in the world of coffee since he was a child, his is a real passion.
Colombia Las Perlas stands out for its manufacturing process, which involves a long fermentation in mucilage for 72 hours. The cherries are selected using the floating technique. The coffee is then washed to remove the mucilage, fermented in sealed bags and finally dried.
